Everyone pretty much knows the history of Adidas. The adidas name dates back to 1948, deriving from the first two syllables of Adi Dassler's first and last name. 1949, Adi Dassler registers the Three Stripes or 'Den Drei Streifen' as a trademark. The upitimous Adidas Trefoil logo was introduced in 1972 and can be found on early shoe models such as the Superstar and the Stan Smith.
Since 2001, the archives of Adidas has been brought to life through the Adidas Originals Label, using classic silhouettes and styles alongside modern fabrics and production techniques to re-create timeless pieces.
